iBeeKing app for iPhone and iPad

iBeeKing is a detection and management system for physical beacons placed in a given geographic area. It is capable of detecting both iBeacon’s as well as standard Bluetooth Low Energy beacons such as the Stick-N-Find and Estimote devices. Businesses can place beacons at their physical locations allowing users running the app to be able to see all beacons in the vicinity up to 150 feet. The distance from the user is continuously updated so that they know exactly how far from the beacon they are. Users also have the ability to favorite beacons so that they are notified outside the app when they are near their favorite businesses to allow direct marketing of promotions and discounts.

Additionally, each beacon can be associated with a Passbook coupon so that a business can provide special barcoded coupons for customers that have been verified to be physically present. These coupons can be saved within the app and retrieved later for redemption.

iBeeKing is powered by beaconregistry.org which indexes registered beacons by geographic location to make them searchable by users and easily maintained by businesses.
